The Coroners Court
The Coroners Court is a progressive rock band constructed around the concept of non-linear composition. Sections of music are composed, but the structure is entirely improvised at each gig.
Every band member can precisely control when and how the music will evolve; by standing in a specific position on a symbol, a member can control anything from section changes, to changing time signature, tempo, dynamics, key, or what specific members are playing.
